Job Description

Support Our Loan Officers & Drive Customer Success!

Loan Support Powerhouse:

  • Gather vital documents and information from borrowers.
  • Ensure loan files are complete and accurate.
  • Chase down missing pieces and resolve any issues.
  • Guide loans through the process: open escrow, coordinate inspections, and secure necessary insurance.
  • Pre-qualify borrowers using advanced technology.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth and timely closings.
  • Exceptional Customer Service
  • Answer borrower questions and guide them through the process.
  • Maintain open communication with borrowers, real estate agents, and title companies.
  • Schedule and coordinate successful loan closings.

Administrative Expertise:

  • Maintain key databases.
  • Assist with marketing efforts.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Contribute to special projects as needed.

Experience:

Attention to detail required

5+ years of mortgage lending or related experience.

Proven experience in retail loan origination.

Proficiency in Encompass360 is a must.

Knowledge & Skills:

Deep understanding of mortgage lending processes and regulations.

Expertise in various loan programs (Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA, USDA, Bond and DPA’s).

Strong knowledge of mortgage-related terminology and procedures.
